Estate Administration - Probate

Have you been named as an executor in a Will and would like some assistance with an application for Probate?
An application for Probate involves an application to the Supreme Court for the Court to issue a grant of Probate. Probate allows for the assets of the estate to be distributed in accordance with the provisions of the Will.

Letters of Administration

When the deceased has not left a Will but there are assets to be distributed, it is necessary to make an application to the Court for “Letters of Administration”. This process with identify the beneficiaries and determine how the assets are to be distributed.
